OXONIMA

Google Local Services Ads, inside your CRM

You pay Google for every Local Services lead. Then the lead sits in Google’s app, away from the job it should become — away from the estimate, the schedule, the invoice and the report that tells you whether that lead was worth what it cost.

OXONIMA connects to your Local Services account and brings those leads into the system where the rest of the work already happens. One connection, made by you, in one click.

What the connection does

What is being built next

Disputing a lead that was not real work — wrong service, wrong area, not a customer — sent for credit from the lead you are looking at. It is on the way, and we would rather name it as a plan than let a feature list imply it is already here.

How it works

  1. In OXONIMA, open Settings → Company → Connectors and click Connect on the Google Local Services card.
  2. Google asks you to approve access. You sign in with the Google account that manages your Local Services ads — nothing is typed into OXONIMA.
  3. If that login reaches several advertising accounts, you choose which one to connect. Only that account is ever read.
  4. Leads start arriving on their own. There is nothing to install and nothing to paste.

What we do with the data

Your leads are your records. They live in your workspace, unreachable by any other company using OXONIMA. We do not sell them, do not share them for advertising, and do not use them to train machine-learning models. The credential that lets us read your account is encrypted, never shown through our API, and deleted when you disconnect. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

What Google does not allow — and we will not pretend otherwise

Some things are not available through Google’s API to any tool, ours included. Campaigns cannot be created or removed outside Google’s own interface, and replies to reviews have to be written there too. Anything that affects your spend happens only at your direction and is recorded in your activity log.

Google is currently moving Local Services Ads into Google Ads as Performance Max campaigns with pay-per-lead goals. OXONIMA recognises accounts in both shapes, so a migration does not interrupt the connection.

Who this is for

US home-service companies that buy Local Services leads and run the work that follows: cleaning, landscaping and lawn care, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, roofing, pest control and moving.
