  • Be honest

    “This doesn’t work for us” is the most useful thing you can tell us.

If a company stops meeting these conditions, we write first and give 14 days to get back on track. After that, the company leaves the pilot and the lifetime discount no longer applies.

What happens to your ideas

We read every request and look for what many companies need, and sometimes we build something for one company’s situation. We decide what goes on the roadmap, so we can’t promise to build every request — but pilot companies are heard first, and you’ll see what changed because of you.

Is it really free?

Yes. 90 days of full access, no card.

What happens after 90 days?

14 days before the end you choose the plans and packages you want to keep — we remind you by email and in the app. Nothing is charged before the pilot ends. From then on you pay 50% less on every price, including plans and options we add later, for as long as your subscription continues without a break; usage such as AI, calls and texts is billed at cost. If nothing is chosen by the end, access is paused and your data is kept for a limited time, so you can pick up where you left off.

Who can apply?

Any cleaning company in the US. We review every application and choose companies we can work with closely.

Do I have to switch from my current software?

No. Many pilot companies are building their process now. If you already run on another system, keep in mind OXONIMA doesn’t do scheduling or payroll yet.

Not ready for the pilot’s commitments?

Do I need a Google account?

Yes — you sign in to OXONIMA with Google.

Will you call me?

No. Everything happens by email and inside OXONIMA.
