Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pro Vision Skills LLC, which operates Oxonima (“we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our platform and websites (the “Service”). Oxonima serves service businesses in the United States.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — name, email, phone, company details, and login credentials you provide when you sign up.
- Business data you enter — your contacts, properties, leads, estimates, services, files, and related records. This may include personal information about your own customers.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and actions taken in the Service, used to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
2. How We Use Information
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to process payments and manage subscriptions;
- to secure the platform, prevent abuse, and maintain audit trails;
- to communicate with you about your account, support, and important changes;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or your customers’ data.
3. Your Customers’ Data
When you store information about your own customers in Oxonima, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for handling it in line with applicable law and any notices you owe your customers.
4. How We Protect Data
- Field-level encryption for personal data — names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses are encrypted at the field level.
- Tenant isolation — each business’s data is scoped to its own account and is not accessible to other customers through the application or API.
- Audit trails — key actions are logged for accountability and security review.
- Access controls, encryption in transit, and infrastructure hosted with reputable providers.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information and are building toward SOC 2 readiness.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, payment processing, and email delivery), under agreements that require them to protect it; when required by law; or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public. We may share information in connection with a business transfer, subject to this Policy.
6. Connecting Third-Party Services
Oxonima lets you connect external accounts you already own — for example, lead sources and advertising platforms — so their data flows into your Oxonima account. We access a connected service only after you explicitly authorize it, only for the account you connect, and only while the connection remains active. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which revokes our access.
Google Local Services Ads. If you choose to connect your Google Local Services Ads account, Oxonima accesses your Google account data through Google APIs — including your Local Services leads, lead conversations, call details, and related campaign and account information — solely to import your leads and message history into your Oxonima account, let you respond to your customers and dispute ineligible leads, and manage your Local Services campaign at your direction. We do not access any Google account you have not explicitly connected.
Oxonima’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After termination, you may export your key data for a reasonable period before it is deleted in accordance with our retention practices, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal obligations.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can access and update much of your information directly in the Service, and export your key data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email.
