Terms of Service
Last updated: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Oxonima platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business. Oxonima is operated by Pro Vision Skills LLC (“Oxonima,” “we,” “us”).
1. The Service
Oxonima is an operations platform for service businesses in the United States. We provide tools for managing leads, contacts, properties, services, estimates, pricing, reporting, files, and related workflows. We add and improve features over time; some capabilities described on our marketing pages are in active development and may not be available yet.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You are responsible for your team members’ use of the Service and for assigning them appropriate roles and permissions.
3. Trial, Subscriptions, and Billing
- New workspaces begin with a 14-day trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your card is charged for the plan you selected. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You pay for the departments you run, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, with the shared backbone included. Additional departments and add-ons will be priced separately as they become available.
- Prices may change over time. Where we offer founding pricing, your rate stays fixed for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.
- Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.
4. Your Data
Your business data belongs to you. We process it to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your customer data. Export of your key data is available within the Service, and we continue to expand the formats supported.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
- upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
- attempt to access another customer’s data or disrupt the Service;
- reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
6. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted in accordance with our data-retention practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to keep the Service reliable and secure, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for the decisions you make using information from the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxonima will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Pro Vision Skills LLC is located in Florida, USA.
