OXONIMA Pilot Terms
Version 2 · Effective Oct 3, 2026
These terms describe the OXONIMA Pilot (the “Pilot”), run by Pro Vision Skills LLC (“OXONIMA,” “we,” “us”). They add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to the Pilot as well. Where they differ, these terms apply to the Pilot.
1. Who takes part
The Pilot is for US cleaning companies we invite after reviewing their application. An invitation is a single-use code for one company’s workspace. We choose participants at our discretion; applying does not guarantee an invitation.
2. What the Pilot includes
- 90 days of full access to OXONIMA, free of charge, starting when the workspace is created. No payment card is required to take part.
- Access to new features before other customers see them. Features in development may change or be removed.
- Your questions and bug reports are handled before those of other customers. We do not promise a specific response time.
- Your ideas are heard first when we decide what to build. We decide the roadmap, so we cannot promise to build any particular request.
3. What we ask in return
- Run your company’s sales in OXONIMA for real work, at least 5 days a week, for the whole 90 days. We see this in the activity of your workspace.
- Fill in a short check-in form every week of the Pilot.
- Tell us when something is wrong; a screenshot or a screen recording helps most.
- Give honest feedback, including when something does not work for you.
4. If the conditions are not met
If a company stops meeting the conditions in section 3, we write first and give 14 days to get back on track. If nothing changes after that, the company leaves the Pilot and the discount in section 6 no longer applies. It may continue on a paid plan at the regular price.
5. Choosing your plans before the Pilot ends
At least 14 days before the Pilot ends, the company chooses the plans and packages it wants to keep and adds a payment method. We remind the owner and admins by email and in the app. Nothing is charged before the Pilot ends; the first charge is on the day it ends, at the discounted price, and renews each billing period until cancelled. A choice made during the last two days of the Pilot is charged right away. The company can change or cancel its choice at any time before the first charge, and cancel afterwards from its billing settings.
If a payment does not go through, the workspace keeps full access — and the discount in section 6 — for 14 days while the payment method is updated; we let the owner know by email and in the app. If no payment goes through by then, access is suspended as described below.
If nothing is chosen by the end of the Pilot, access to the workspace is suspended: the owner can sign in to choose a plan and pay, or to export the company's data; other members see a notice. Nothing is deleted while the workspace is suspended within the period in section 7, and access returns as soon as payment goes through, with the discount in section 6.
6. Half price for life
A company that completes the Pilot pays 50% less on every price for OXONIMA — every plan, package and option, including ones we introduce later and prices as they change — for as long as its subscription continues without a break. Usage-based charges passed through from third parties (for example AI usage, call minutes or text messages) are billed at cost and are not discounted. If the subscription is cancelled or lapses, the discount does not return with a new subscription.
7. Your data
Your data remains yours and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; we process your customers’ information only to provide the service to you. While a workspace is suspended, its owner can still export the company’s data free of charge. We keep a suspended workspace’s data for 90 days after suspension and email the owner before that period ends; after it, we delete the data from the service, and from backups within a further 35 days. We keep records we must keep by law, billing records, and the record of your acceptance of these terms. You are responsible for keeping any records you are required to keep, such as tax records or proof of your customers’ consent to be contacted.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. A new version applies from the date it is published and is shown at the top of this page; we tell pilot companies by email before a change that affects them. The discount a company has earned under section 6 is not reduced by a later version.
